If your A Series monitors are not appearing (or no longer appear) in A Control, here are a few things you can check to help narrow down the issue:
The status LEDs on the monitors’ network ports should indicate activity. The orange LED should be static, and the green LED should blink.
Try connecting the monitors directly to your computer, without using a router or switch. If they’re recognized this way, the issue may be with your network configuration or an incompatible switch.
A recent OS or security update may have changed your firewall settings.
Make sure that A Control is allowed access to the local network in your firewall settings.
Restart A Control to search for any available updates.
