My A Series loudspeakers don't show up in the network tab of A Control! What can I do?

  • If using a Windows operating system, please install Bonjour (add link). Bonjour is an Apple protocol that finds devices on a network and enables automatic detection.

  • Check if all physical connections are made (i.e. standard RJ45 Cat5 or Cat6 cables are connecting your computer to the speakers).

  • Check if all devices are powered on. In case of using a network switch or a router, please also check if these are powered on.

  • If you're using a Mac, you can check the network settings and select "Using DHCP" under "Configure IPv4":image.png
